Hi my name is Piper Powell. I am proud to be 41 yrs old, I am 5'1" and when I started my journey I weighed 274. I have always had issues with my weight, when I was diagnosed with Behcet's Disease 18 yrs ago I really started to pack on pounds, I have also been fighting Rheumatoid and Inflammatory Arthritis in my back, shoulders and knees. I know the weight happened over time, and it will take time to get rid of it. I have a wonderful and supportive husband and 20 yrs old son, and 3 4-legged children. I have 2 pure bred male yorkies (a 14 yo and a 2 yo) our little girl is a 7 yo second generation yorkie/scottie cross. Our oldest male is the grandfather of the girl.
