Enough is enough
I don't follow any specific diet. I eat what I want but wisely. I write everything down. I try to make sure it is at lease 500 calories less than what I use or work off through out the day. This program allows you to track everything.
Remember 3500 calories = 1 pound.
I am no fitness expert this is just what works for me. I just started using this program on line but since I got serious about my weight I have lost 20 pounds. And remember eating healthy is only 1/2 the key. You must exercise as well to allow your body to burn more. I do cardio and P90X.
