Week 1 day 3
Im back again! I have no excuse for not training last week!
Goal is just to be able to run 4km comfortably. Chest took strain in the first 10 minutes after that beter.Long way to go to where i was last year.
Started with a 3-5 min walk as warmup:
5 min jog
3 min walk
2 min Jog
3 min walk
2 min jog
3 min walk
1 min jog
5 min walk
6 min 30 Jog
8 min 20 walk & cooldown
Total time 38m 50 / +- 4km ( J 16m30 : w 22m20)
