Hi Im Martin. Ive always been a bigger built guy from young, playing competitive sports like Rugby, Cricket,Kickboxing, swimming,running and doing weight training.A few years back i had a serious back injury during Kickboxing training.I Injured my Lower Lumbar region.I spent probably close to a month on my back and still now and then tweak the nerve/muscle while training.As the years went by ive pulled my calf muscle as well as had plenty of back spasms. My aim is to strengthen my Core and loose weight and add a little muscle while maintaining a healthy diet.On the 30 May 2011 i was able to stop smoking.I weighed 104KG However since then ive added roughly 10% weight and weighed the heaviest ive ever been.Im now on my journey back to health.
Basically i try to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day and cut down on the carbs.I unfortunately do have a weakness for chocolate, sweets and soda's(Coke Zero/Pepsi max)but im trying to cut down :)
my goals reached:
1. 3/5/2012 - 5kg loss - weight 109.9kg ( 7weeks)
Starting again 7//01/2013 at 111.6 kg hoping to get to the magic 100!
