I am in my mid 40's. Most of my life has been a constant battle with food. In my 20's I was in great shape however bad life choices and lack of self care has added the pounds over the years. My heaviest I was 305 lbs now steadily losing the weight. I plateaued at 240's for the longest of time. I was in denial for my calorie intake eat well over what I should be eating. Now changing my eating the scale is moving down. For exercise I love to jog.
