My Buddy Bailed
I learned quickly that we cannot rely on others for weight loss. I tried soooo hard to get a workout buddy, only to discover that I would rather workout alone that hear them bi***! Get in the zone, good music is a must. Hopefully when your friend sees how fabulous you look she will motivated!
