Oh my goodness... I've got to watch it when I'm out with friends. I have friends, as I'm sure you all do, who only eat out. Boy does it make it tough to watch what I'm eating like that. I forgot to check before I ate anything, and (big surprise) I went over my RDI for the day. WELL! Today I'm taking my phone with me and checking before I intake anything at their house.
I'm staying under today!

So, I've just started watching what I eat and following the Couch to 5K program. I haven't lost any weight yet... which is a bit disappointing. However, I do feel much better. I can see/feel muscles I didn't know I had. I've also started the Biggest Loser Challenge to encourage me to not eat if I'm not hungry. I tend to be one of those "I could eat" type of people. Therefore, I intake more calories than I really need.
Ugh...
Anyway, I'm tired of being big and beautiful.
I just want to be beautiful again.

P.S. as far as dieting tips are concerned... I'll be happy to take any that are reasonable and can be included in a permanent lifestyle change. Please don't send me the grapefruit diet or anything of the like. I'm looking for tips I can do for the rest of my life.
