Fat grams
I am about ten days in with using Fatsecret. I love it. It is making it so simple to be accountable for what I eat and keep very good track of it. I am doing very well at keeping my protein higher than my fat intake, carbs low and calories in check. I have lost five pounds so far. It's a start. MY QUESTION IS.....how many fat grams is appropriate to lose weight. I know I need some fat in my diet and I try to keep it the good fats, but I am always afraid I'm not getting enough or having too much. Just need to have some guidelines
