After years of adding weight gradually, from 220 my freshman year in High School to my rock bottom weight of 297, I am finally making the changes I need to get my weight back under control and keep it that way. I would like to thank my wife who gave me the push that I needed. I've carried the weight around for a long time, and though I've been told that I carried it really well, it has been pulling down on me for far too long.
