performance: losing 3.8 lb a week
60 yo life long dieter. Currently working 4 10's answering calls on a help desk. Stressful but sedentary. Type 2 diabetic and all the other challenges and aches and pains that go with being obese. I went on vacation this year and had my picture taken repeatedly so for the first time in years I actually saw what I looked like and experienced the disappointment of not being physically able to get to all the places I would have liked to see. I have successfully lost weight in the past but never wrapped my head around the reason I over ate in the first place. It is time to see myself from the inside out too and make a lasting change. Currently on Nutri-system as I need the regimen of controlled portions and limited choices. I plan to follow this for a few months and then wean myself off as I learn to plan,shop and prepare my meals.
Looking forward to forming new habits and taking up old hobbies to keep my mind busy and avoid the boredom eating of the past.
