best breakfast?
I would have cereal and a Greek yogurt milkshake . You could add berries, citrus juice and many other things. I have tried this milkshake and it was really good.

Good Exercise
I went biking today got a little restless but pushed on. The Orange Line is a really good place to bike. It has slopes and good pavment. I advise you to try it. Have a good evening!
