losing hope
You CAN do it. Slow and steady is the way to go. I lost 57lbs over 16 months. Some months I lost nothing, but mostly I lost about 4lbs a month. I eat cleaner (yes it takes getting use to-but it works) and walk (as fast as I can-up hills and down)outside (yes in the rain)for exercise. My original goal was 25 lbs, and somehow I just kept going. You can do it.
