Weigh-in question
Good for you for not needing to weigh in everyday! Just like you said, weighing daily can be discouraging if you read too much into normal weight fluctuations. I personally like to weigh in once a week to see overall weight loss rather than gain/loss based on what I ate and drank that day.

low-cal bread?
You don't want to rely on bread (carbs) to fill you up. Like melmi said, just put more meat (protein) and veggies on your sandwich. I have the same bread, too.

Saving calories for dinner?
So, I do very well with keeping my RDI calories under or around the # recommended by Fat Secret, but I find that I hoard my calories until dinner time.

For example, I'll eat very light breakfasts & lunches (meal bars, protein shakes, fruit, etc.) and then save my remaining 900 or so calories to have something "bad" for dinner, like pizza or a fish fry, typically because it's the fastest/easiest/cheapest option.

My question is, although I'm keeping my caloric intake at the recommended level, do you think this will keep me from shedding those last stubborn 5 lbs. by having 1 "bad" meal a day?
