I'm a 6th grade teacher. I enjoy cooking....alot. I'm married with an 8 year old son. I'm been on a modified Atkins plan and love it. I found FlatOuts!!!
I finally found the Flatouts bread you have been talking about. I haven't tried it yet, however. I also fouond Joseph's pita bread and lavash bread. Both are only 4 carbs...I'm so escited to find something new. I can't wait to try them. Tomorrow I will make tuna salad for lunch and try the pita....and I'll report back. Anyone else familiar with Joseph's?

Hi !!! I'm new!!!
Hey....good to be here. I am a low-carber for a year now and love it. However, I slipped around the holidays and put on about 6 lbs. and am determined to get it back off....plus my gut. I have the squishiest gut....and am not motivated to work on it. I hope to get motivated here...and find some new recipes to start out this year. I have a few to share as well.
