I'm 31, married to a wonderful man (no children to date). Last year I started my weight loss journey and managed to lose a total of 50 lbs with proper diet and exercise.
However during the summer I work long hours, 7 days a week in construction and managed to put roughly 10-15 lbs back on.....this was due to late night eating and picking up A&W on my way home and binge eating on candy. I found it hard to come home after a 16 hour work day and make a healthy dinner....especially with my hubby is working night shift, I had no one to cook for which made it easier to cheat.
2 weeks ago my busy work schedule slowed down and I am now back at the gym swimming and once again monitoring what foods I eat. So lets hope I can drop this 15 lbs and get back down to 140 lbs :)
