Good morning,
I'm new at both dieting and using this website. I have been recording my calorie intake and weight, off and on, since November 2011 on the iphone app Wink

.
Just now came on the website and wondered about the "weight history" bar codes. Mine are red to bright yellow. Any explanation of meaning, i.e. if eat less or exercise more, will the colors change?
This looks like a great way to keep the motivation going.
