PCOS
I have also been struggling with PCOS since 2010. I tried so many diets but nothing was working until I REALLY reduces the carbs. I only stick to whole grains or Low GI carbs. Portion control is also critical. The results are amazing. Just make sure you get enough proteins and lots of veggies. Its difficult but it can be done.
