I am a 28 year old stay at home and I've been large it seems my whole life. I've tried countless times to slim down and the closest I ever got was around 200 lb's before ballooning up again. Well this time it's it. I'm going to stay on track and learn (finally) how to not shove my face full of food and go back for seconds (a serious no no) Time to listen to my self, when it says stop, we bloody well better stop. No more arguing about it.... cuse that's just crazy... and we arn't crazy... are we... nope :D
