With Brocolli you just need to boil the stuff in water then grind in the blender using the water you boiled it in, add abit of salt to taste and low fat cream if you want it to be creamier but its not required many restaraunts just used the method i stated.

Very low fat and quite possibly negative calorific

best time to weigh in?
The best way to weigh yourself is probabaly in the afternoon, on the same scales each time that way you can monitor your weight effectively.

During the night your body is deprived of carbohydrtaes and so begins to break them down and after 8 hours or so your body requires an intake, hence why most cereals and breakfasts revolve around carbohydrates.

When weighng yourself try about 12pm on the same scales and when re-weighing do it at the same time as done previously

Sugar free sweets
Sugar free lollies are an instentive for kids mainly, to protect their teeth as sugar will damage enamel! They still have the same carb content and in effect the same calories but its not from refined sugars they will be more complex and so should have a higher GI. If you want to eat them its fine just remember it should be in moderation!

Many manufacturers use clever marketing tactics to lure consumers another one is low fat which usually means high sugar.
