Looking for "supporters"
Things are going good. I keep in contact with one of the women that worked at the center, I'm using Ocean Spray Diet juice as my take off. 4 cups of that a day... I did one 3 weeks ago and lost 4lbs which gave me my jump start. I've almost hit the ten mark. Only lost .4 or something this past week, so I'm doing it again Tues and Wed just to see if i can loose enough to get past that hump. I think all the centers in Ontario closed... sucked cause I didnt get my money back. I rejoined after my year for another and was 2 mths in... I'm sure chasing the kids around will help you shed a few lbs. Keep up the good work... Keep my posted!!!

Looking for "supporters"
As my mom always tells me... "You know how to do it, you've lost 70lbs before and you can do it again." So... YOU CAN DO IT!!! I did LA as well, it worked... but fell off the wagon as soon as they shut down. No more meetings... no ones checking your diary. But, we can do it... This site has helped me alot! GOOD LUCK!
