I am a 43 year old mom of two beautiful girls, and a wife of 22 years to my wonderful hubby. I have been on a diet my whole life it seems my whole life. You would think that I would be at my ideal weight by now. I think the problem is that I was always looking for the easy diet the one that was going to make me wake up skinny. Guess what I never found it. Instead this last year and a half I have found exercise, the one thing I didn't want to do before. I can say I am loving it. I look better and feel better and stronger both mind and body. Now I need to work on better eating habits, this is the next part of my journey that I am working on. I just want to make myself into a better me.
