Ugh...I've been craving salty snacks like nobody's business! And I have, unfortunately, given into most of those cravings.
And with the Christmas holidays coming, I'm going to have to be extra careful...because I love to snack!

It's been a rough couple of weeks...but I'm planning on trying some new exercises this week and I have to get back on the right eating track. Junk food has never been so tempting...especially now that everyone is rolling out their holiday treats!

Feeling better this week...have recovered from all the over-eating of the Thanksgiving weekend...*phwee*...
However, that weekend is only the first of many in the holiday eating season, so I've just got to keep on track and keep my eye on my goal!
