Modified atkins and still have positive results
So this is the last day of my first 3 weeks on atkins.
I choose to stay on induction until I am loosing 10 lbs.
1 week lost 4 lbs
2 week gain 2.5 lbs
3 week haven't check yet
I added low carb wraps, low carb pita bread.and Sara Lee de lightly bread.
I love bread so I can't do without it
Test my urine this morning and got a small amount of ketosis finally
