I am on a journey to loose 100lbs. I am in my early forties and have decided that I need to set myself up for the rest of my life. I do not want to be a "couch potato." I quit smoking 20 months ago and now know that I will never go back to it. I have let myself slide on the weight to tackle that first issue, but now is the time to change that too. My motivation is health. Don't get me wrong, I would love to look better too, but the long term health benefits to finally conquering this food addiction is the desire that drives me. I know I cannot do it alone. I have the loving support of my husband and family and with God's help, I CANNOT lose.
