Odd Question
I have been on the Atkins before. I was a lot younger and did not have the hormonal ups and downs that I am having now. I did the induction for only the two weeks and lost 12lbs. I remember, because the first week I gained weight. After that it came off quickly. I am older and things just work differently than they did when I was even in my 30's. Don't give up, but if you aren't loosing look at what you are eating. Loose the salad or celery. Like me I found what was a hidden sugar and have given it up. I will look for other things that I though were ok but aren't.

I am very frustrated. When I did the Atkins diet many years ago (
I lost alot of weight very fast. I don't seem to be loosing as fast this time around. Granted I am not getting the same exercise as I did when I was younger, but I do work for a living.
I wanted to loose 5 lbs. for the rest of this month. I don't want to not eat, but I will if things don't shift.
I have read that you all limit your faux sugars to 3 a day. I didn't read anything to that effect in the Books. In fact it said that I could have my fake sugar in my decaf.

Recipe's
I submitted a new recipe. I don't think that I loaded it correctly. The recipe is for 4 servings. But it doesn't break it down for for in the contents listing. Also, It wouldn't let me edit. It needs to credit the Atkins Cookbook.

Diet calendar
I made this particular recipe from the atkins cookbook last night. The only diet info listed is the carb count. How do I list this in my log? It doesn't seem to be listed in the available recipe listing.
