HCG is not my plan---it is a sub product to the bigger picture! Which I have stated the entire day...like I stated I have mentioned in multiple paragraphs through out the day. And I don't have to justify anything---i am just starting, and I have multiple professionals assisting me in my journey prior your advice of all your counceling experience! And I don't look fat in my pictures, a little bit over what I should maybe, but I don't have a fat roll, or major love handles. My legs are all muscle my arms are too...and at my smallest I have boobs and butt! I look in the mirror daily --- I know my "flaws" and my better features, and I know what I need and want to change! I didn't get on a social diet network to be critisized and judged my first day or ever! I got on to monitor my habits, and calories and make changes I feel necessary!

And caps were not to make me right! It was what my key board is typically on at work to speed my typing!

in addition; I am supposed to take in 1500 calories a day to lose weight with excersize! And that is the least amount for my age, height and weight. Along with working out which iI do daily! I have only taken in 855 today, and eating my chinese food was healthier for me than not eating at all! I burn to many calories a day to take less calories without a suppliment, because when trying to lose weight, and working out to build muscle (which weighs more than FAT) u must intake calories and carbs to burn or your body stores fat cells to servive on which makes you gain weight or substain your present weight!

mummydee- before you go judging me and my weight I understand you have a about a quarter century of knowledge on me, but I am just getting started. And if you look at my picture I am NOT Fat! I am primarily muscle, that is all my arms and legs are. My stomach can use some tightening up as I stated before, but it does NOT hang over my pants! I have maybe a 1/2 inch if that of love handles, and those will be gone before I know it!

Again before you want to be a bitch and call me out and tell me I am doing my shit wrong, read my post, I am making life style changes! And I ate very healthy this morning, very low calories cause that is what my diet focuses on, calories not carbs! As for my lunch I am stuck in an office, did not have time to pack a lunch so ordered Chinese, which might not be the healthiest but is better then some fattening PIZZA! I might not be 6'0" but I am tall for a female and have a flat but not tight stomach!

Just like you stated to the gentlemen - eat less move more and eat well! Well woman with so many opinions --- I literally have stated the eat less, moving more and eating well in every post, yet you still feel the need to tear people down, and put your rude input in toward my goal. Guess what?! You don't know me and you don't have to look at me or even worry about me I am my own person and have a large group of individuals that do know me supporting me and encouraging me not tearing me down because of the first day I am on some app and you have nothing better to do than break people down and what they are wanting for them self.

CHANGE TAKES TIME!!! THIS WILL NOT BE AN OVER THE NIGHT KIND OF THING!!! BUT I WILL SUCCEED, AND I WILL DO IT MY WAY!

I completely agree with you Corifeo.

I am making many changes, but I will not deprive my body fully of what it craves, that is not healthy. Instead I will monitor my portions, work out more regularly and keep my stress level to a minimum.

Thank you for you in-site, I truly agree there are many ways to lose weight and keep it off and everyone's bodies are different.

There are actually 7 of us in my office, with all different goals, and all losing weight and keeping it off in different ways! Smile

Before I even finish reading your comment to my post, why don't you re-read mine! I specifically mentioned multiple times life style changes, and that I was doing HCG on top of it all! Thank you very much for your brutal honesty, but why don't you read my post thoroughly. Within my first paragraph I stated that I am making life style changes.

You are entitled to your opinion, but make sure you I am actually doing what you are accusing me of before preaching at me!

I'm not even fat! I just want to tighten up!
