Hi,
I've just started back on the fat flush on 10/29/07. Been doing great so far. Not sure exactly how much I weighed when I started - Think I went back up to 154 lbs. and I haven't weighed myself since, but I am definitely seeing a difference with the inches. My stomach has gone down and everything. Just having a hard time with snacks - other than a few berries - what else can I snack on. Something that's not too boring?? Please let me know ur suggestions.
Well, I just went to the gym and weighed myself so I guess I was bigger than I thought when I started the plan. Oh well, so I guess I'm starting from scratch. I'm currently 156 lbs, so we'll see how it goes going forward.
