Hi everyone. I'm a wife and mother of three amazing kids. My two boys are 3 and 4. My little girl is 5 years old. I'm an elementary school teacher. I love being with my family and relaxing whenever I can with a good book.

I recently gained back the weight I had worked so hard to lose plus extra weight. I allowed life to get so busy and take over that I neglected my body. So here I am ready to get back on track and lose weight. I'm hoping seeing others progress will be encouraging to me.
