Gained back all 20 lbs I had lost on Atkins! NOW WHAT?
Hi, for what its worth, since I failed to stay on plan and failed as well. I've started over with a new mind set. Although I was not admitting it, I was feeling deprived. I was waiting for the day when I would be free again and really eat whatever I wanted to eat. My thinking was wrong. I've since learned thankfully that wheat, glutten, grains and sugar can do awful things to the body. Really! wheat and grains encapsulate the good minerals that are put in which stops our bodies from being able to absorb them. sugar is equally as bad. Now that I see these things as a poison almost, I can easily choose the vegetables and protein and water that my body needs and I'm rejoicing! I'm not trying to replace breads,pastas,potatoes and sugar any more as I continue on plan. Start reading. You can find a lot of good information online. I had lost 33 pds in three months before failing. Since I've restarted I've lost 12, over a three week period. Very glad I have this new mindset. This is not just for weight loss its for health right? Good Luck

Bad Breath on Atkins
I found that the sugar free gums stalled me. I began brushing my teeth more and drinking water, and eventually the bad breath goes away. But look at the positive side. With that taste in your mouth you want to drink more water and that is a plus.

Sensa... how does it work?
I tried it once, they also give you a restrictive diet to follow. You don't eat anything you want. You have to make sure you sprinkle the food so that there is sensa in every bite. I didn't lose weight because I didn't want to limit my food intake. I was looking for a miracle, as in the cheeseburger disappearing after I had tasted it and been made full!
