Miracle Noodles
I purchased 10 packs of the Miracle Noodles online. I have not tried them yet but woudl like to know if they need to be refrigerated. Anyone have any tips or recipes using the noodles? Thanks.

What's the deal with heart rate?
Don't worry about heart rate. Figure that you are working hard, vary your speed every 1 1/2 minutes for 30 minutes. You have done a great workout. There are so many variations on heart rate, age, weight, etc. It gets too complicated. As long as you are spending 30 minutes or more you are doing great!

There are 2 boxes. One is for hours, the other is for minutes.
reset hour box to 0 and put minutes in that box. Good luck!
