Thigh problem
lunges lunges lunges, squats squats squats ...if you want to aid this try hypoxi, there should be a gym nearby that offers this (tho it can be pricey) ...you still have to do all the work but they put you in a suit that stimulates blood flow to the areas you want to lose the fat while you are exercising

Night Time
Hey, yes have exactly the same issue! I find that having cups of tea help as its warm and comforting. If you are having sweet cravings try having a big glass of no added sugar orange squash or similar that you can sip on. If it gets too much i always have very small boxes of healthy food in the fridge to snack on or have a very small glass of skimmed milk ...hope it helps, the tea seems to work best for me
