I have finally hit a point where enough is enough. It is time to get HEALTHY! It's hard but I am serious about it this time. I guess we all have to hit a point where we quit talking about it and do something! I am 43, I have two kids and I work full time as an accountant. So I get to sit at my desk for 8 to 9 hours every day, then hurry to soccer, hurry to Boy Scouts, hurry to dance, hurry here, there and everywhere just to sit and wait on the kids. Needless to say time for exercise and time for home cooked healthy meals are hard to come by. BUT where there is a will there is a way and I am finding time (no more excuses) to walk or swim for exercise and cooking with NO butter or oil, low fat meats and more veggies.
This site is GREAT and I have the ap for my phone so it really makes it easy to keep up with the calories!
