Hi, I'm 42 years old, married for almost 19 years and have a beautiful 17 year old daughter. I have been working the graveyard shift for the last 10 years or so and that has been a major contributing factor to my weight gain. I jumped from 140 to 215 in about 2 years. I started to track my diet a couple years ago and realized that I had been eating upward to 2700 calories a day (OMG!). I've scaled back some and it's taken some time but I've lost 30lbs so far. Exercise is kind of a struggle, there are days when I do housework just to avoid it. But I try to workout every day and have discovered that I love Yoga! My long term goal is to be swimsuit ready by my 20th wedding anniversary.
