Snackind During Meal Prep :(
I usually try to stay away from the kitchen… but when it comes time to cook or heat up meals I always find myself snacking on bits of what I’m prepping, small fruits or chips! It’s bothering me because those calories add up!

Today I tried to dish out a handful of almonds that I could snack on while I prepared my lunch. Though they burn belly fat, almonds are high in calories!!

So any other ideas to combat my meal time snacking? Or lower calorie snacks? Surprised

Thx and Gud Luck Guys!! Very Happy Very Happy

Weight Watching Tip!!
You should try weighing yourself once a week! It's quite motivating and everytime you walk past the scale you'll remind yourself to stick to your health regimen! The daily fluctuation due to water weight, food and bowel movments is quite depressing, so try weighing in at the end of the week! Even if you end up gaining, you'll fell motivaton to do better the next week rather than uneeded daily discouragement. Good Luck!! Very Happy Very Happy
