I need advice PLEASE (Longish read but please help!!!)
I would try some strength training if diet and cardio are not enough. strength training even at the aerobic level(low intensity)will require a lot of energy and your body will go to the fat cells for that particularly if you maintain a calorie-deficit. It's ok and preferable for your objective to stay at low intensity. Make sure if you haven't done any training like using weights or body resistance before,seek out professional help or an experienced friend. i am no professional, but i do enjoy strength training as a way to stay healthy and keep fitness fun and interesting. Good luck and gratz on going to college!
