My highest weight has been 220 pounds. I have spent the past four years losing 15-20 pounds here and there but getting discouraged or stressed and gaining it back. Summer 2013 I lost 30 pounds after an emotional break down but didn't like how unhealthy the weight came off and depression followed so I overate again and gained 35 pounds. Today I deal with my issues but I have bad eating habits but I have made the choice to workout no matter what for the biggest pay off this year along with a better diet. I encourage any woman or man with an emotional attachment to food to deal with the emotional issues and separate them from using food to cope. It has been my biggest challenge. Many people are also consumed with thoughts about food all day everyday and it hinders their lives. I encourage again deal with the underlying issues. Today I would also tell anyone struggling like me as a young person look at dieting as where to you see your physical health in a year and let increasing a healthy life-style be your goal.
