I am currently 4.5 months postpartum. I have lost most of my baby weight, but still would like to lose another 10-15 lbs. I'm 5'1 and feel that I'm just a little too cushy for my taste. I am doing P90x with the hubbs each day and making better food choices as well as eating smaller portions. I am a snack-aholic and am completely addicted to sweet tea. I have cut sugary snacks and sweet tea out of my diet. Sometimes I will treat myself, but for the most part I am really trying to refrain from unhealthy things.
