Looking for a Herbalife buddy
I must admit that I am addicted to my Herbalife shake in the morning. I use the vanilla shake powder, with 250 ml fat free milk, 250 ml water, 3 tablespoons fat free yogurt and between 50 - 100g of fruit. I blend it up in a blender (also with ice) and take it to work as my breakfast. It is seriously divine. I love it. I have a friend that is a Herbalife health and wellness coach and she raves about the product and the benefits (obviously she would I suppose but she also genuinely seems to be very passionate about it). She has seen some amazing results with it. BUT, you are supposed to replace two meals a day with the shakes and only eat properly once a day. I'm not a fan on that way of eating and so I am doing 1 shake a day, chicken salad for lunch and normal meal for supper, eating between 1200 - 1400 calories per day. Hopefully I will start to see some results soon! For snacking, stick to high protein foods. The Herbalife protein bars are divine for an afternoon snack. They taste like a chocolate bar...yumm!

Opinion on Evox Lean Pro Diet Meal Shake and Herbalife formula 1
