Frustrated
After 6 days of dieting and exercising I weighed myself today only to find that I haven't lost any weight at all. I know sometimes when you lose the scale doesn't show it, but I don't even look like I've lost any. I'm wondering if anyone can give me some tips. I did the 3-2-1 Slim Fast diet before and lost some weight so that's kinda what I am doing now except that instead of always having the meal bars or shakes I replace those with something of the same number of calories (ie: instead of a 200 calorie meal bar I will have tuna and relish for lunch which comes to about 200 calories). On the 3-2-1 plan the daily caloric intake is 1200, so I've been eating around 1200 everyday(sometimes a bit over). I'm exercising about half an hour everyday (going to try to up this). It sounds to me like I should be losing weight. However, I have heard people talk about eating too few calories and how that can make you actually hold on to the weight so I'm wondering if this is my problem. My RDI is 2200 calories. Should I really eat this much? At this point I feel like I might as well try eating that much since I'm not losing any weight by eating less. Or should I stick with the 1200 and maybe I will see results? I just don't know. I'm very frustrated right now...
