I am 27 years old from New Brunswick. I work in retail, so am on my feet most days. I live with my SO and darling kitten.

I am currently looking to loose weight to be my best self.

I want to loose weight in a sustainable way, so my focus for right now is to eat more real food and be more active (less marathoning tv shows and video games. ;P). I am learning to eat like a healthy person, not someone constantly flipping between diets and binges.

A lot of my physical activities are limited due to physical issues, mostly stemming from my weight, but I have faith that with hard work and perseverance these obstacles can be overcome.

Welcome! I am also in the camp of daily weigh ins, however I look at my trend weight. I input my daily weight into a spreadsheet that smooths out the daily ups and downs to show my a smoother trend of how things actually look. Gives me a more realistic view of what my weight actually is, ignoring the daily small bumps up and down. (I also like math, data, and graphing.....)

Nope. Live in a area that since December 1st has gotten over 150 cm of snow and -40 deg celcius temps. lol. And yet, I still drink mostly iced tea.

Teas
I love tea, although I'm not a fan of hot drinks, so I mostly drink iced tea, only occasionally hot tea. I am obsessed with David's Tea. I have quite the collection that is ever growing (my entire family bought me tea for xmas. lol)
