I'm 30 years old, in the military, just had my first baby, and have been struggling with my weight for many years. I have PCOS which contributes to my weight gain and I also had gestational diabetes with this pregnancy. I have to be careful now because I am at an increased risk for type 2 diabetes. With all that, it is time to start living healthier. Proper diet and exercise need to become part of my everyday life. I am thinking of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet.
