Hold up your arms as if you're weight lifting. Then bring your elbows together. Move them apart again. Then bring them together again. I'm about 105 pounds overweight, but I don't have 'bingo arms' because I CAN do this exercise. It's about the only one I CAN do, though, so I don't lose weight very fast.

Losing Weight?
I've been relatively good. Kept my carbs sorta down. not eating enough veggies, though. Result? I tweaked the system and got tweaked back - I've only lost 4 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks!
