This weekend I had a few more cocktails than previous weeks. I also snack more so since I drank more alcohol I really tried to watch my calorie intake for dinner, eating only grilled chicken breast for dinner. For my sweet tooth I would have one serving of Whonu Chocolate cookies, 150cal and for salty snack cravings a serving or two of Baked Cheetos. Although I struggle on the weekends with eating more snack foods, I try to make up for those extra calories on thee weekend by really eating healthy through the week. And staying active around the house. I have not lost any more weight, my midsection continues to shrink loses another inch. Working out with Jillian Michaels 5 days a week seems to be working for me. My legs are becoming more defined as well as my arms. I should treat myself so after my Jillian workout I am going to make time for some pilates which I love because it is so relaxing to me.
