I`m desperate. What should I do?
I think you already knew the answer to this, you just needed people to back you up on it. It's the same with people in any toxic relationship; they make you feel bad for the things they feel they lack in life. If he had come to you with health conserns, that would be one thing, but something that blunt is really harsh. Talk to him about why he said it. Maybe there are underlying concerns that he doesn't know how to talk to you about. It's a touchy subject. Bottom line- if he's not gonna be there for you all around, there is no use in him being around. Period.

Any advice or pointers would be appreciated.
Yeah. DON'T DO IT! The Fat Flush plan is one of those systems that restricts a person so much that all the work they did is often negated by a bing once it's over. Also, your system is rebooted and once you start eating more regularly, as one eventually does even if it's healthy, you start to see a weight gain again. A better idea is to read the book and take the information with a grain of salt. Many of the tips are good for anyone looking to lose weight or be generally more healthy. As a plan though, it has amjor set backs... just an opinion.

Flush diet?
Cleanses are good for people when they're just starting a diet and want the effects to be immediate. One must be careful though of the type they are doing. If you're thinking of just a juice fast or a crash 600 calorie a day for a week plan they can be dangerous. I find that places like Whole Foods carry some great suppliment cleanses that clear your system and up your energy naturally thru B vitamin complexes and natural roots and extracts. They don't require that you fast, just that you eat healthfully. They have several different kinds for all types including lactose intolorant and 40+. Also, their staff is generally very knowledgeable.

Tummy Tuck
I have been considering it for a while. I'm only 27 and have had two kids. I'm plaining on a tummy tuck and a breast lift when I lose my weight. It's something to seriously consider, however, considering it's expensive and major surgery. If you gain weight stretchmarks are a given but then you've wasted time, money and recovery. I spoke to a friend of mine, who happnes to be a plastic surgeon, and he said be at your goal weight for atleast a year before going under the knife. It's more likely that if you can keep the weight off that long, your body will have a better reaction to the surgery, you'll recover faster and won't have as many undesireable side effects.

Favorite Movies?
Here are some movies of similar genre or wih similar casts as the ones you mentioned.
Love, Actually (Hugh Grant)
Bend it Like Beckham (Keira Knightly)
Pillow Talk (Doris Day)
The Goonies (Sean Astin)
Holes (Shia LaBouf)
Six Days, Seven Nights (Harrison Ford)
Chicago (Catherine Zeta-Jones)
Hitchikers Guide to the Galaixy (Martin Freeman)
The Nightmare Before Christmas (Danny Elfman)
Garden State (Zach Braff)
Shaun of the Dead (Simon Pegg)
Hot Fuzz(Simon Pegg)
I could go on, but that will give you a start... I'm a film student, so yeah... Also, if you end up liking the Simon Pegg movies, there is a great show that was on the BBC that he was in called Spaced. They just released it in the states on DVD. I think the pilot is on youtube, you should check it out. It's VERY funny if you like british humor!
