I'm in my early 30s and larger than I have ever been. I've been big all my life. I have dropped a little from time to time, but I've only ever stayed consistent once, and that was only for 3 months. I have a wonderful wife and an amazing 3-year old son. It scares me to death that my son will learn my poor eating and exercise habits by watching me. So, I have to change this once and for all. This time, it's for the long-haul.
