Hi! Im Jo. I have recently turned 40 years old and made a promise to myself to lead a healthier life.
I have been going to the gym faithfully for about 2 months, but my diet patterns have to change.
It is important to me to increase my cardiac strength. I tend to have a fast heart rate while working out, and with continual training I look forward to being able to decrease my rate as i get healthier.
My goal is to lose 26 pounds and be able to run a short marathon.
It will be work since I am only running a minute and a half every 10 minutes. It can only get better right?
