1000 calories a day
Hi all,

Is anyone else on the 1000 calorie a day diet? i have been on it for 3 weeks now and to be honest have found it quite easy (i have had the odd day when it has gone up to 1200 calories) but in the main it has not casued me any difficulties and have lost 6lbs so far...... Question
