I am trying to achieve a desired weight of 75 Kilograms with perfect health and fitness, excluding injuries, food poisoning or food sickness from extra intake.
I've seriously began this journey back in 2012, depressed from a broken relationship, smoking cigarettes and overall awful aspect. Since then, I've been on and off mostly due to injuries. However, peaking at 71 Kg, I've been able to achieve my best with: performance, stamina, strength, balance, agility and aesthetic improvements.
