Almost 40 years old and just now realizing how important my health is even after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 10 years ago...better late than never, right?? I have been on and off of Weight Watchers since I was 16 years old (at which time I became a lifetime member) so I know all of the plans and I know WW is the best plan out there. Why have I continued to gain weight over the years even though I know that? Because I wasn't in the right frame of mind to do it for me and my health. I joined the gym a month ago and I have been loving it! Well, maybe not LOVING it but sticking with it and not giving up!

This journey is about me and no one else!

Something I think we can all use...
I can't watch the video so I googled EFT and found this. It's very informative and worth a try!

a little hesitant
They may be looking at you but they are thinking that they wish they had that drive to workout while on vacation. Remember, you are doing this for yourself and no one else! Plus, with the calories you burn working out, you can enjoy that extra little treat without the guilt!

Pure Silk Vanilla Almond Milk
Thanks for your feedback! I'll give it a try! The worst thing that could happen is I throw what I don't like away! Wink

Feeling like a failure...
For me, the blog post below helps put "dieting" in perspective and I whole-heartedly agree with it...

Pure Silk Vanilla Almond Milk
I finally broke down and bought some almond milk, be it a single serving size, since I have had a lot of people say how good it is. I haven't tried it yet because I am afraid I won't like it and don't want to waste the calories. I need to increase my calcium intake and I have a hard time drinking regular milk except in my once-a-week-cappuccinos.

Has anyone tried Pure Silk's Vanilla Almond Milk? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
