Finding the right ratio
Just found Fat Secret this past week and feel like it is going to be huge help.

I am 42 yrs old, 5'9" and weigh 267lbs. I was up to 285lbs. I survived a heart attack 2 years ago March 1st. It was 7 days after my 40th birthday. Just starting working with a trainer. Cross Fit.

How do figure out what ratio of Protein/Carbs/Fat I should be eating? I am keeping my calories around 2,000 per day.
